Psalm 139:13 states, "Certainly You made my mind and heart; You wove me together in my mother's womb." God knows us better than we know ourselves. For instance, God knows that I can hear Him clearly and grasp lessons through nature and every day life examples. A few weeks ago I was at the beach. Those of you that know me know that the beach is my "happy place". I sense God's peace and am able to fully unwind when I am at the beach. There is just something about the lull of the ocean waves, the gentle breeze on my face and the warmth of the sun (Son) that soothes me there. The beach was small and disappeared completely when the tide came in. There was a large wall at the back of the beach area and when the tide came in, the water completely swallowed up any remaining beach.
